Audition Terms

1. Eligibility

• Age requirement: between 15-25 years old (The date of birth must be between 1998.12.01, and 2008.11.30.).

• If the applicant is under 18 years old at the time of application, they must sign the "Audition Consent Form" (available for download on this website) by a parent or legal guardian on the first day of the audition in order to participate. 

• If the applicant is already under contractual relationship with a management company or manager, the "Audition Consent Form" (available for download on this website) shall be signed by from their management company (with company chop) or manager on the first day of the audition in order to participate.

• Gender Requirement: Applications are limited to females. 

• Nationality: No restrictions

 

2. Application Procedure

• Individual applicants must complete the online application form, providing required personal information, including but not limited to name, age, contact information, and relevant personal details. 

• For group applicants: each member of the group must fill out the online "Application" form individually and clearly indicate the name of their group.

 

3. Participation

• Applicants must participate in the preliminary, secondary, and final audition, as well as related training and activities organized by the Audition Committee (hereinafter called "the Committee"). Specific times and locations will be announced later. 

• All applicants must arrive at the audition venue on time; late arrivals will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting their eligibility.

 

4. Training and Activities

• Applicants must commit to participating in training and internal and open audition activities organized by the Committee and comply with relevant regulations. 

• The Committee will provide necessary training, rehearsals, filming, recording, and guidance resources to ensure the professional development of the applicants.

 

5. Costs

• During the period, the Committee will not charge any fees to applicants.

 

6. Authenticity

• Applicants confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. If any false information is discovered, the Committee reserves the right to cancel their eligibility.

 

7. Violation

• If an applicant violates any audition terms, the Committee has the right to immediately terminate their eligibility without providing detailed explanations.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• Applicants agree that the Committee shall be the copyright owner and has the unrestricted right to use any images, audio, and other materials generated during the process for the promotion and publicity of this audition.

 

9. Other Terms

• The Committee reserves the right to modify the audition terms at any time and will promptly notify all applicants and relevant stakeholders.

Nomination Terms

1. Eligibility

• There are no age restrictions for nominators. 

• All applicants and their family members are not allowed to be nominators.

 

2. Nomination Procedure

• Nominators must complete the "Nomination" form on this website, providing their personal basic information and the Instagram ID of the nominee. 

• Nominators must clearly state the reasons for their nomination and provide an evaluation of the nominee in the form.

 

3. Consent of the Nominee

• Upon receiving the Instagram ID of the nominee, the Committee will send an audition application invitation via private message.  Whether the nominee participates in this audition is entirely their own choice and willingness. Unless the nominee completes the application form, it will not be considered a completed application.

 

4. Disclaimer

• Apart from sending a one-time private message invitation via Instagram, the Committee will not contact individual nominators or nominees. 

• Nominators must not have any vested interest in the nominees and should maintain the integrity of the nomination process. 

• Once the nominator submits the nomination form, it is considered complete, and the nominator should not privately pressurise the nominees for application.

 

5. Costs

• During the period, the Committee will not charge any fees to nominators.

 

6. Authenticity

• Nominators confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. If any false information is discovered, the Committee reserves the right to cancel their eligibility.

 

7. Violation

• If a nominator violates any nomination terms, the Committee has the right to immediately terminate their eligibility without providing detailed explanations.

 

8. Intellectual Property 

• Nominators agree that the Committee has the right to use any information provided during the nomination process for internal administrative and contact purposes.

 

9 Other Terms 

• The Committee reserves the right to modify the nomination terms at any time and will promptly notify all nominators and relevant stakeholders.

Personal Data Usage Authorization and Privacy Terms

1. Data Collection 

• The Committee will collect personal data provided in the “Application" and "Nomination” forms, including but not limited to name, contact number, email address, photos, and other relevant information.

 

2. Data Usage

The collected personal data will be used for the following purposes:

• Processing the application; 

• Processing the nomination; 

• Contacting applicants; 

• Contacting the nominators; 

• Sending audition notifications and related information; 

• Conducting internal data analysis to improve the audition. 

 

3. Data Confidentiality 

• The Committee commits to keeping the personal data of applicants and referees confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without their consent, unless required by law or to protect the Committee's interests. 

 

4. Data Storage 

• The personal data collected during this audition will be securely stored in the Committee's internal system and will be destroyed within three months after the final audition. 

 

5. Rights and Inquiries 

• Applicants and nominators have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data. For inquiries or to exercise these rights, please contact the Committee via email. 

 

6. Consent Terms 

• By completing and confirming the submission of the relevant forms, applicants and referees indicate that they have read and agree to the above personal data usage authorization and privacy terms. 

 

7. Legal Protection 

• These terms of use shall be governed and protected by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 

 

8. Official Language 

• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
